   I just wanted to tell you how great your rice pudding recipe is! I made it last week and offered some to my husband - who's not the most open person when it comes to things organic and holistic. (I didn't tell him, at first, that it was made with soy milk.) Well, he couldn't get enough of it. Even when he found out about the soy milk part. Thanks for a great way to satisfy my sweet tooth.
