I recently attended your seminar and immediately began making the recommended adjustments to an already fairly healthy diet - no dairy, wheatgrass juice and juicing every day, organic fruits and vegetables as much as possible, etc, etc. Oh yeah, and no alcohol! :(
It's only been about a month and although i'm not pregnant I must tell you that I'm amazed at how good I feel and how much more energy I have. There's no question in my mind that these choices are wise ones and at best will bless my husband and me with a beautiful child; at worst, I'll be a healthier me.
