   Dear all

   I couldn't go to bed without saying a final goodnight to all of you.
   This series has been very rewarding, very beautiful and very instructive and it has certainly kick started my OVUM practise.

   I love those magical moments in the circle when it becomes so tangible that things are opening up and becoming clear for one of us and then the whole circle benefits from those moments, especially when you look with your UM eyes.

   Hello everyone
   Katherine I couldn't agree with you more. It was nice meeting everybody and sharing our stories, dreams and emotions. I felt that hearing everyone's issues and listening to the guidance Julia gave each one of us helped us all. I paid close attention to what she said to everyone because I felt it was just as beneficial to me too. Some of the similarities of our situations and emotions made me feel less alone. I am grateful Julia had this European series and that I participated in it with all of you. Thank you.

   Hi katherine71 and lis,

   It was lovely to meet you both on the teleconference. I agree with both of you that listening to the guidance Julia gave to everyone helped all of us. I had several Ah-ha moments while listening. It feels like we were all meant to be on the same call. I would love to keep in touch with you both on the forum. I definitely want to join the fortnightly call circle when it starts. How about you guys?

   Good to hear from you both and I am definitely on for keeping in touch on the forum.

   I needed to share that I've had a very rough few days. I got some bad news regarding the deteriating health of a close family member. The person is young and has a young family and the news really shook me to my core.
   It brought out all the orphans that I've carried and kept well hidden since the illness and death of my mother many years ago, and I think I got to meet my Chief Executive Orphan or at least a very close one - which is guilt.
   Guilt that I couldn't save my mother from her cancer and then the guilt of seeing my father in such pain of bereavement.
   I'm really giving this orphan 100% permission to talk and I'm working on 'Lifting the Burden' imagery. Its helping and I am starting to feel better.

   I'll be joining the fortnightly call also as soon as it starts - so hope to read from everyone soon and hear your voices on the call

   Dear katherine, thank you for sharing your news with us and about your Mum. I really feel for you from my heart and hear you. Bless you. I too have a very busy guilty orphan. I also lost a parent to cancer (my Dad two years ago). I didn't learn about any of it until just after he died becaue I am estranged from my immediate family. I had had a good relationship with my Dad as an adult but he went along with the crowd so to speak. You are inspiring me katherine that you are giving your CEO 100% permission to speak. I am going to try 'Lifting the Burden' imagery sequence too as I haven't yet. I've been working with 'Field of Creation' and then finish with 'White Flower' to dissolve the tightness I get in my chest. I've also worked a bit with 'Cutting the Cord' where I imagine cutting the cord of guilt or anger or whatever feeling comes up between me and the family member.

   It will be lovely to meet with you again on the fortnightly calls. I hope they start soon. I've even contemplated joining the US one and staying up to 3am! I don't think that's a good idea :) xo

   Dear Faithmomma

   Thank you for your lovely support. It helped me.
   I'm really feel for you too about your Dad and what you must have gone through. I was very moved.

   I've expanded the Lifting the Burden imagery to lift all the 'guilty' burdens from my back. I feel that those burdens have almost become part of my back and that we don't really notice that we carrying some much baggage.
   I've tried the White Flower also, to try and help with the tightness in my throat.

   I've noticed also that I'm become more aware of who is speaking when I'm in converstations with others (or even with myself in my head !) - is it an Orphan or the UM.
   The UM has helped me understand that I need to go back to see my family now and support them. I'm afraid of some raw emotion, but I think it is sometimes better to fly right into the storm and see what happens.

   I hope the calls start soon also, I'm also feeling a pull inside me to attend a workshop directly in the US.

   Hi katherine, that is a really good tip about being aware of who is speaking, O or UM. I'm starting that today!:)

   Please allow us to support you here if you feel you need it when you go back to see your family. I salute your bravery and strength katherine.

   I've noticed a few ladies have mentioned Louise Hay's 'You Can Heal Your Life'. I bought the book and DVD movie as a set off amazon a couple of weeks ago. They're wonderful for me and I feel compliment the OVUM practise beautifully. If you don't have either this may be something you may like. I may also later get Dr Christiane Northrup's book 'Women's Bodies Women's Wisdom' which some of the ladies here have also recommended as a compliement to the OVUM tools. xo

   Hello Girls,
   I am so sorry to hear about your parents. These types of things put everything into perspective. Katherine, your close relative is in my prayers and Faithmomma I'm sorry to hear about your estranegment from your family. I totally understand. I have recently tried reconciling with my mom, but it is always so difficult.

   I was also thinking of going to the US to a Fertile Heart workshop, see some miscarriage specialists and possibly do IVF. I would be staying with my mom (for financial reasons) for several months and I thought therapy for both of us could be good especially to ease the living arrangements, but then I thought it might be too intense to do everything at once especially if I did IVF. My Ultimate Mom will make the final decision, but opinions are alsways helpful. If either if you have any thoughts I welcome them. I would like to stay connected on the forum and particpate in the European series again. It was wonderful. Thank you.

    Thanks T - its funny, I had bought Louise Hay a few months ago and hadn't looked at it until just the day before you posted :-)
    I'll definitely let you know if/when our plans for the workshop take a concrete turn.

    Lis - so far I haven't done IVF but I can imagine that it could be intense and you might need some space. Can you identify whether its the O or the UM who is making the decisions? I know that is not always easy to do. I noticed for me that when its the O in control , my decisions are more panicky and I can change my mind quite easily. If you see its the ORphan then maybe you can rethink things. If its the UM then I think you have all your guidance. Regardless of your decision, things will unfold to help show you the direction along the way.

    Hi all

    I wasn't part of the European phone circle as i hadn't finished reading the books, which i have now. I 'm so excited about starting this chapter in our journey. I was just wondering if anyone knows when the next teleconference might be?

    Katherine I've just read what you've written about Ovum is there somewhere I can read about it more? I will check the books to see if i missed something but.....

    Ok off to do some imagery work now, hmm i can feel a few tears waiting to be released lol. take care all Quisty xx

    Hi lis,thank you for your supportive words. I haven't done IVF but last year did many rounds of back-to-back Menopur stimulation with IUIs. From that experience I would agree with katherine that you may want to give yourself some space. I found I needed space and it was also right for me to take some time away from work. I would consider completely putting yourself first, rest when you need to rest, nourish yourself emotionally and physically and give yourself total permission to do whatever you feel you need to do.

    katherine that's great you have the Louise Hay book, funny how you had got it out the day before my post. I love what you wrote about whether it's the UM or O making the decisions. That's very good. I have been struggling for the past 2 years about what to do about my work and I've been wanting to make a decision. I have my own business and for the last two years have not been feeling committed to it and my guilty orphan raises her head because I'm not working full throttle. I've just let things tick along feeling I'm not living on purpose. My orphan says 'terrible!'. My UM says 'this is what you need to do for now' and 'give yourself a break, you've had a lot of loss in the last two years..'. But my orphans feel the struggle daily about my work - it's like I feel uncomfortable staying with the business but not feeling committed - and I often feel the urge to quit. I remember what Julia shared with us about a course she had been taking and how she realised what her truth was regarding the committment. I felt much relief from this and realise my present (two year) truth is that I am not committed to my work. Any thoughts are welcome.
