This will be our first child. I wanted to thank you, Julia for your books, the workshopand the phone circle. I think that all of it had a cumulative effect in helping me create this baby. The workshop in particular really helped me to not give up and to believe that my "assignment" was to do the work and to believe that I could create a healthy baby. Dear Phone Circle Friends,

If you are joining us for the first time, please note that while there is no pre-requisite to participating in the circle, the more familiar you are with the Fertile Heart^TM tools, the more you'll get out of these sessions. If you haven't already done so, at some point you may want to read Inconceivable, and my new book The Fertile Female. You might also like to familiarize yourself with the Fertile Heart^TM Imagery CD, and follow the suggestions in the Practice Section of the Fertile Female.

Please let me know what specific difficulties you're wrestling with. I'll do my best to choose one or two questions and explore them in more depth at some point during the circle. Also if you're "burning" to share something, try to let me know ahead of time.

Those of you who are joining us for the first time or if you missed the last few circles, please read the note below carefully. First time callers are not expected to do the homework.

The phone conference is meant to be not only a support circle but primarily a class in which you learn and practice new tools and are encouraged to explore a radically different approach to your fertility difficulty. The truth is that I can be of little use to you without your active participation in the process. What might help is if you share your experience with the tools with others and come into the circle with questions about your practice

With that in mind, I'm asking everyone who wishes to become part of the phone circle community to please complete one piece of homework between sessions, before you e-mail me for the call-in number, and TO PLEASE LET ME KNOW that you have completed the homework.

Post a note on the Connections Forum articulating how you are using any one of the Fertile Heart tools- Imagery, Fertile Heart ^TM Body Talk, Food, Fertile Heart ^TM Dream Reading. Or you may want to share your feedback on the homework. If you have missed the circle, or if there is no specific homework or you're not familiar with the tools, just take a few minutes to articulate any insights, difficulties, experiences, anything you're struggling with or discovering on this journey. Please don't ask me to fill you in on what you missed. As much as I would love to do so, it's impossible for me to accommodate such requests.

This next piece, is a call for support, not homework. I continue to receive mail from all over the world, from women who tell me they wish they had known about this work earlier in their journey. Before the twelve cycles of treatment that have further depleted their ovarian reserve, not to mention their finances, and thrown off their hormonal balance. (Technology is a wondrous tool when we use it well and a self-punishing weapon when we don't.) Fertile Heart ^TM cannot compete with the outreach budgets of organizations with corporate sponsors. So, if this community has been useful in your journey, thank you for letting others know about it. I've created new flyers for this purpose and would be happy to send them to you.
