Julia Indichova — Founder of Fertile Heart

You were told there’s nothing more you can do.

I was told the same.

At 42, with an FSH of 42, five leading fertility specialists told me I had a 0% chance of conceiving with my own eggs.

Months later, I conceived my daughter naturally.

Not because I found a miracle cure—but because I began to explore what conventional fertility care often leaves out: the connection between the body, the nervous system, emotional health, and reproductive function.

That exploration became the Fertile Heart OVUM practice—a whole-person approach to fertility that has supported women and couples since 1997.

It’s a practice that helps you become your own most informed, grounded, and compassionate ally—whether your path leads to natural conception, IVF, donor eggs, adoption, or a reimagined life.

I’ve written about this journey and the OVUM practice in my books Inconceivable and The Fertile Female.

If you are trying to conceive—naturally or through IVF—and sense there may be more to your story than what your tests reveal…

You’re in the right place.

Fertile Heart Workshop with Julia Indichova

The OVUM practice draws on three interconnected tools:

  • imagery—guided visualization work that addresses the nervous system’s role in reproductive health
  • body truth—movement and somatic practices that help the body release patterns held in the tissues
  • whole-person nourishment—nutrition, rest, and the emotional work of metabolizing grief, fear, and the particular exhaustion of infertility

These aren’t separate modules. They work together, and the Visionaries Circles are where that integration happens in community.
