This application builds on the initial survey some of you have filled out.

My hope is that you gift yourself with filling out this form open to “conception; ” to being surprised. Perhaps something as ordinary as filling out a form could offer an unexpected gift. Brewing a cup of something delicious, turning off distractions and dropping into those deeper layers of the heart might be a good way to discover how the training might enrich your life.

Are you a parent or an aspiring parent?
If you are a parent, have you had fertility related challenges on your own journey toward parenthood? This is by no means a requirement, simply an orienting question.
If you wrestled with fertility challenges, how did you ultimately resolve them?

This 16-week training is specifically intended for leading in-person live learning/support circles, in a physical location in your community. What are some possible locations for leading your circles?
The resources of the Facilitator Training will support your outreach efforts and the co-creation of your circle and it will also require some creativity and outreach on your part. How do you envision letting others in your community know about your group?
On the scale of 1 to 10 how comfortable are you in a leadership role? (1 being least & 10 being most comfortable.) Are you currently, or have you ever facilitated an educational gathering? If so, what was the nature of the event?
How would becoming a FH facilitator benefit your personal and professional life?
