AI, A Fertility Friend?
Can AI be our ally on the baby making trail?
Of course it can.
It has access to more data than any fertility expert who has ever lived. Protocols. Supplements. Studies. Edge cases. Outliers.
Ask—and it will answer.
But information is not the same as healing.
AI will keep giving. And giving. And giving. Endless options. Endless pathways.
And if you are not anchored in yourself, you will follow them—through one rabbit hole after another. Mistaking movement for progress.
This is the part no one wants to say: More information can actually lead you away from most essential source of guidance. Your Self.
Not just any self. Your knowing, feeling, sensing human Self.
The one we so beautifully keep birthing and re-birthing in the Fertile Heart OVUM Practice.
The conception of that Self needs to take place in our all too real, vulnerable human bodies.
And as helpful as AI can be,
it does not know when you are asking from panic.
It does not know when you are overriding your own exhaustion.
It does not know when “trying everything” has quietly become a form of self-abandonment.
So yes to AI, as long as we remember that to feel clearly, to think without distortion, to choose without grasping—and then to act on that choice—is one of the most difficult things a human being can do.
As long as we remember that there is nothing as healing as a circle of human beings who are there to hold space for each other through the inevitable contractions as we birth the next version of the mother/father/parent/person we long to be.
