Hi Julia,

I wanted to write and let you know that we received the wonderful news on Friday that our embryo transfer was a success and I am pregnant! I am so grateful for the practice and how far it has brought me. Barely 24 hours after this great news I started spotting. All the orphans related to my miscarriage and the terrible experience I had in the first trimester with my daughter have come flooding back. And I again turn to the practice. I’ve been doing the nine hearts imagery and really trying to honor the orphans while not letting them take over.

I am grateful that i have made it this far. I am okay with whatever outcome might present itself but obviously am hopeful that everything is okay and I have a complication free pregnancy and deliver a happy healthy baby.

I’m looking forward to the circle on Tuesday. It’s always such nourishing medicine at exactly the time I need it.
