How Does the Fertile Heart Practice Make Us More Honest
Truth is a tough apple to throw and even tougher to catch, says a familiar adage.
And yet, this is what one of our Mamas said in the last Fertile Heart Visionaries Circle:
“This work leads to more honesty between people than most of us have ever experienced.”
In this 40 second video clip from that session, I’m mulling over what it is about the Fertile Heart OVUM Practice that makes it easier for us to be “honest” with ourselves first, and then with everyone else we engage with.
Why is permission to tell the truth so important?
Healing, real-deal healing—not just the checking-off of the list of supplements, but the healing that touches all the layers of our “holy human Selves”–begins with our capacity to tell the truth.
That’s what we’re after with every one of the Fertile Heart tools. That’s what we’re after in our Visionaries Circles where one person’s genuine sharing can be just the remedy we need for our next giant step toward the child.
Then Truth becomes the sweet apple we gently throw and catch with gratitude and ease.
