Fertility Friendly Salad Dressing
Mustard, Herb, Garlic Dressing
When it comes to a fertility boosting healing regimen, a perfect fertility diet, or stimulation protocol, or a salad dressing, the sooner we learn to do our own thinking, and choose only the best raw materials, the less we suffer.
All the ingredients in this delectable dressing are great for your health and your fertility, but as I said, ultimately you need to make sure they match your own body’s guidance.
Here is what our one and only Fertile Heart Chef, Edward Baum says about this versatile culinary creation:
You can try different types of Mustard, I’ve been using a combination of Brown and Horseradish Mustard. It will act as an emulsifying agent keeping the Oil and Vinegar from separating. The Hot Sauce is optional and of course the amount will vary depending on it’s strength. This dressing will get more flavorful after a couple of days in the fridge.
Ingredients (makes a little less than 2 cups)
6 Tablespoons Mustard (Whole Grain / Dijon / Horseradish)
3/4 teaspoon Salt
5 teaspoons Oregano
1/3 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar (83 ml)
1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon Hot Sauce (optional)
1 Cup Olive Oil (250 ml)
2 Tablespoons Garlic Oil (Cover minced garlic with oil and let sit for at least 20 minutes – will last 1 week covered in refrigerator)
Directions
Combine Mustard and dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add half the Vinegar and mix well. Slowly add oil while mixing well with a wire whisk. This will create an emulsion, keeping the oil and vinegar together. Finish off with the rest of the Vinegar.
